Information/Autograph request

Picture postcard sent by Bray to The Rector, Parish Church, Elstow, Beds on 3rd August 1907 asking for his autograph and some information to be supplied.

The parish church dates from the early 12th century. It was formerly part of the Abbey church belonging to a Benedictine nunnery. The nunnery was founded around 1078 by the Countess Judith of Huntingdon who was a niece of William I.
